A painting sub that won't hold up your schedule

Paint is usually one of the last trades on site, which means it's the one everyone sees. When the finish is late or sloppy, it reflects on you. Zanchi Painting gives general contractors a subcontractor they can count on to hit milestones, follow site rules, and deliver a punch-list-light finish.

Project types we support

• New construction, commercial and large-scale residential

• Renovations and remodels

• Tenant improvements and build-outs

• Repaints on occupied or phased projects

How we work with your team

We bid from your plans and specs, price clearly, and stick to the number unless the scope changes. Our crews coordinate with your super, work around other trades, and adjust when the schedule shifts. Because we also handle drywall finishing (Level 4 and Level 5), texture, and repairs, you can close the gap between drywall and paint with one sub instead of two.

We spec Sherwin-Williams on most jobs but will use whatever product the architect or owner calls for. Licensed, insured, and ready to provide COIs for your submittals.
